Valencia CF land in London for Thursday night showdown
The Valencia CF squad for the UEFA Europa League game against Arsenal landed in Luton Airport at 5:10pm local time on Wednesday, after a two hour flight from Manises Airport.
They were flying onboard Air Nostrum's special Centenary CRJ-1000 plane, decorated to celebrate the club's 100th anniversary this year. The paint scheme for the aircraft displays all of the trophies won by Valencia CF, plus the motto ‘Un Sentiment Etern’.
Marcelino has listed all of his available players in the squad, including Cristiano Piccini after his recovery from injury. Former Arsenal player Francis Coquelin is ineligible for selection through suspension.
